Don't worry Musthafa...

Yesterday, when I was entering my apartment, I heard 'Musthafa Musthafa..' song from the movie 'Kadhal Desam'. My mind wound back in time... School days... End of the year, our school arranged another year end function. Who would sit in a series of boring lectures by school directors? Anyway, WE decided to skip it and went to the newly released movie 'Kadhal Desam' - Movie theater was 5 minutes walk from school function ground.

Here I have to explain who 'WE' are. Somehow, four guys in the school became friends from that time of the year. Still, after 10 years, we are very close. We slipped from the function with out getting caught and got into the first class in the theater - thinking nobody would notice us here. We enjoyed the movie, made others laugh by our comments.

When Musthafa song was on, we stood up and waved the LED lit Key chains (very famous in that year) and sang along, dancing. Every body enjoyed our 'show' more than the movie. In the interval, we got out to get soda. Just when we turned back, we saw very familiar faces in the back row - few of our school teachers - the whole science department - Physics, Chemistry. First thing we got is fear, that they might complain about us for skipping the school function. Then we convinced ourselves that they would not make a complaint, as they themselves skipped the function. So we watched the rest of the movie and came home.

Next week, we were afraid that at least one of the staffs might ask us about that incident. But luckily no body questioned us. In fact, we got very friendly (because of that incident) with one of those teachers (Physics) and even we attended his wedding after two years.
